Hiking Expeditions into the Newfoundland Wilderness

Moose If you enjoy the outdoors, like hiking and are interested in wildlife, these packages are for you. With our naturalist guide you will be able to study the flora and fauna of this area, and you may have the opportunity to explore abandoned fishing villages and see the magnificent coastline and marine life from our 26 foot rigid hull inflatable. A chance to see moose, caribou, beaver, foxes, muskrat in their natural habitat, should not be missed.

Foxes Our resident scientist may introduce you to the on - going communications research which has advanced from just communication with marine mammals to the possibility of communication with all animals, birds and some plant species.

These packages are best suited to 6 persons and can be customised for you.

Accommodation can be provided at the Village Inn, nestled in the centre of historic Trinity. Built in 1910, the Inn has maintained the Victorian decor but does have modern plumbing. Each room has its own bathroom, and there are no feather beds! Telephone, television, fax and internet access are all available to you.

Meals will be provided in one of our dining rooms. We serve homestyle Newfoundland Cuisine, can cater to special dietary needs and also have a vegetarian menu. We will provide packed lunches when needed.
